The body shop is a service that combines manual work with knowledge. Any type of crash can be brought back to factory measurements by replacing or forging knocked out parts and using reliable metric systems used by our skilled craftsmen.
Welding is done with Argon or nowadays with electroplating then the work of disassembling and matching the damaged parts is done to restore the car to its original form. We always place new assembly clips where they are needed to avoid creaking from the plastic parts that are attached to the iron or aluminum parts and we always check joints and glues to get an excellent result.
In glues/joints, we apply anti-rust protection with the appropriate primers-joints. We pour wax in the closed places to avoid corrosion inside the sheet metal. Repairs to plastic parts are usually done with homogeneous welding to avoid the risk of breakage.
The only cases we repair with adhesives are those where the material itself is non-adhesive and you request it from the customer or we recommend it to reduce the cost of parts. In every repair, we put as little putty as possible on the bumps, so we have an excellent surface ready for painting, avoiding future cracks.
